Upon request, meals can be served in the privacy of your lodge, allowing you to enjoy relaxed and memorable dining moments with family or friends in complete comfort.
BAR
The bar reveals itself as an intimate, elegant lounge, sheltered from the bustle of everyday life. Its deep green walls, adorned with artwork inspired by the surrounding countryside, create a soft and enveloping atmosphere. It is a place where guests can settle in as if entering a world of its own, inviting calm and quiet conversation. Over a glass of wine or a cocktail, time slows down. The day gently fades away, the moment is shared, and conversations flow naturally in a warm and intimate setting.
RESTAURANT
Centered around its olive tree and extending onto a terrace overlooking the shared pool, the restaurant is designed as a place to gather and share. The seasonal menu celebrates locally inspired cuisine, with barbecue specialties prepared on the Josper Grill and crafted using a selection of fresh produce and herbs harvested directly from the estate’s vegetable garden, ensuring exceptional freshness.* A simple yet generous cuisine that combines international favorites with Moroccan specialties, offering variety, flavor, and the kind of dining experience guests will want to return to day after day. *To be added once ready.
